2.      Support HoursOur support team is available during the following business hours (Pacific Time):
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
  • Federal Holidays: Closed
Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed during the next available business day.
 
3.      Response TimesWe strive to respond to all support emails within 5–10 business days. Complex issues or inquiries requiring review of documents may take additional time. We will notify you if extended time is needed.
Please note that response times may be longer during periods of high demand or holidays.
 
4.      Urgent MattersIf your matter is time-sensitive or urgent, please:
  • Include the word "URGENT" in the subject line of your email.
  • Briefly describe the nature of the urgency in the first sentence of your message.
While we cannot guarantee immediate resolution, we will do our best to prioritize your request.

6.      Client ResponsibilitiesTo ensure efficient support, clients agree to:

  • Communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Follow timelines and instructions as outlined in our Terms of Service
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication may result in service termination or referral to appropriate authorities.
 
7.      Dispute ResolutionIf your issue cannot be resolved through standard customer support, it may be addressed in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy, as set forth in the Terms of Service.
