1. General PolicyAt LINGUA LAW LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coordination and consulting services related to expert evaluations. Due to the individualized and time-sensitive nature of our services, all payments are considered final, and refunds are granted only in the limited cases described below.
2. Refund EligibilityA refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- A written refund request is submitted before any work has commenced, including communication with the expert, internal document review, or scheduling of services.
- LINGUA LAW LLC is unable to match the client with an expert within 21 calendar days of payment, despite receiving all required information and documents from the client.
3. Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already begun, including but not limited to document review, expert outreach, or scheduling.
- The client changes their mind or chooses not to proceed after payment is made.
- The expert selected by us chooses not to charge for their time (pro bono work) — this does not entitle the client to any partial or full refund.
- The expert report contains conclusions that the client finds unfavorable.
- Delays caused by the expert, external circumstances, or incomplete/misleading client documentation.
- The client fails to respond to requests for additional information or delays the process on their end.
- The client is dissatisfied with stylistic, subjective, or formatting preferences that do not materially affect the expert’s opinion.
- The report is rejected by third parties (e.g., courts or agencies) for reasons unrelated to the coordination service or the expert’s professional conclusions.
4. Refund Request ProcessTo request a refund, the client must:
- Submit a written request to lexpertis.pro@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the event giving rise to the request.
- Include a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting materials (if applicable).
- Refund decisions will be made solely at our discretion, based on our review of the facts and circumstances.
5. Refund ProcessingIf a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer corrective actions such as reassignment to another expert or continued coordination at no additional charge.
The $100 deposit included in the initial payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, LINGUA LAW LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes under this Refund Policy or related to our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
