LINGUA LAW LLC does not store or access your full payment credentials (e.g., credit card numbers). Sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment providers.
We may collect limited billing information for invoicing and recordkeeping purposes. For more details, please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant payment platform.
4. Refund PolicyPayments are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We do not provide refunds due to expert pro bono participation or if the report conclusions are unfavorable to the client.
5. Payment DisputesIf you believe an error occurred during payment processing, contact us at lexpertis.pro@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
We will investigate and respond to your request within 10 business days. Frivolous or false chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.
6. Dispute ResolutionAll disputes related to this Payment Policy, or our associated policies, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

- 3. Payment TermsA 50% advance payment is required to initiate coordination services with an expert.
- This payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $100, regardless of service outcome or expert participation.
- The remaining balance is due within 3 calendar days of notification that the expert’s report is ready for final delivery.
- Delayed payment of the remaining balance beyond 15 days will incur a penalty of 0.03% per day on the unpaid amount.
- Transaction fees, including those charged by banks, PayPal, or card networks, are the responsibility of the client and are not deducted from the service price.
